Christmas has come and gone, and while it wasn't exactly the way I wanted it - it was still pretty good. Kids were happy. In essence, my manifesting came through - it just ended up with some financial problems after due to my husband paying some of this mother's bills.
But that is nether here or there... Its 2010. A New year and a new start to the experiment. I'm starting a "Prosperity Game" of sorts... the official one starts Monday and 3 days a week you get a "check" from the universe in your e-mail to spend. Theoretically you are to spend it that day, at least spend it before you get the next one. I was reading some people's comments on their game on a message board and it got me excited to shop (very weird for me...lol) so I decided to start practicing early. I am only doing $1000 a day until Monday, but it is proving both fun and difficult. I didn't even manage to spend all of it yesterday. I've given myself the rule that it can not be spent on bills, but to relieve my mind I did "pay" my phone bill out of it. Not sure where else the $500 ::gasp:: will come from except the universe.
So here starts the prosperity game and the evidence of manifestations.
Yesterday I bought the cutest coat at Carson. An Anne Klein coat in a light brown with a nice faux fur accent on the hood. I also picked up some things from Top Chef, like the cookbooks and some knives. Pretty cool. Got Michael the "Culinary Boner" shirt he had been wanting as well. Then I got an American Girl doll and accessories for AnneMarie. Carl keeps telling her he'll buy them, so it felt awesome to just write the check and get them for her. Can't wait to put them in her new room. Should probably get a shelf or bookcase for her to put them on. Will have to look for one today. And then the balance of the money went to pay my cell phone bill. I'm so amazed that I went through that many minutes - but it makes me happy to think that I had that many to talk to last month. :)
My $1000 deposit is here, so I will go shopping and then report back.
Happy Manifesting
